Is same-day delivery really same-day?
Yes — for in-stock items purchased early enough in the day, our own delivery crew brings your furniture the same day, assembled and placed in the room you want. Later purchases typically deliver next day.
What parts of Cincinnati do you deliver to?

Do you take my old furniture?
No — we deliver, assemble and place your new furniture, but we don't remove old furniture. Have the space cleared before the truck arrives and delivery goes quick.
Can I finance and still get same-day delivery?

Why do couches take so long to deliver at most stores?

Is 4 to 6 weeks normal for a sectional?
It's normal for special orders and custom fabric — that's a real build queue, not a stall. It is not normal for something already sitting on a showroom floor. Ask any store whether your exact piece is in stock right now; if it is and they still quote weeks, that's their logistics, not your sectional.

Do you do same-day pick up?
Yes. Buy in the showroom or over the phone and pick it up the same day from our Hillcrest Square location. Call ahead with your vehicle and we'll have it at the dock and wrapped when you pull up.
Do you offer next-day furniture delivery?
Yes — anything bought too late in the day for a same-day run goes out the next day. Between the two, an in-stock couch bought on a Tuesday is in your living room by Wednesday, which is not a timeline most stores in this market can quote you.
Can I get a bed or bedroom set delivered the same day?
Yes — in-stock beds, dressers and full bedroom sets deliver same day inside our Cincinnati zone, and our crew assembles the bed in the room. You sleep in it tonight rather than on a box.
Can I get a mattress delivered today?
Usually yes. Mattresses are the single most common same-day delivery we run, because it's the one purchase nobody can put off for six weeks. Buy before mid-afternoon and it's on the evening truck.
Do you deliver recliners and dressers the same day?
Yes — recliners, dressers, chests, TV stands and dining sets all qualify for same-day delivery when they're in stock. Recliners are also the easiest big piece to just take with you.
